All work is done by licensed trainee hair stylists participating in advanced training, perfecting their skills.

Salon Policies

At Jet Rhys your service includes a blowdry that works with your natural texture.
Some hair types, such as curly, heavily texture, and relaxed hair cannot be effectively blown-out within the given service time. In such cases it is better to leave the hair to dry naturally, you may however opt to have your hair smoothed and hot ironed for an additional fee, which starts at $37.86. Please ask your service provider for details. If you wish you may book a full professional texture changing blowdry in addition to your service and we will make you look stunning.

At Jet Rhys Hair we strive to create the ideal look for each guest. Should we not complete your look to your satisfaction, please contact us within 14 days of your service to speak to the same stylist/colorist who performed your service to address any issues you may have.

Jet Rhys salon will gladly accept product returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase on unused merchandise.
If the product has been gently used Jet Rhys will accept the return up to 14 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. Store credit is only applicable towards the purchase of products and cannot be used for hair services. Brushes and comb sales are final and not returnable.
Salon Service Fee
Due to extraordinary inflation across all areas of our business a 4% surcharge will be added to all guest checks to help cover increased operating costs.
