Oh my goodness - Christina is/was amazing! Miracle worker! I've been going to Juan Juan in Brentwood since 2006 since I could never find anyone in San Diego that could do my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Well, I found my girl! I'm soooo happy with my cut. She's a 10++++. Her energy is wonderful- so personable, professional, patient, and relatable!!! Can't wait for my next visit!

Best salon ever! Christina has been cutting my hair for years no matter where I live (west or east coast). I visit my family in San Diego a few times a year but I don't see her as regularly as I'd like to. Fortunately her haircuts are so outstanding that I go for months and months without a haircut and it still looks great! In my previous life I was a hairdresser and I was married to a very talented haircutter. This makes me very picky when it comes to my haircuts. I highly recommend Christina and Jet Rhys! Fabulous customer service and talented stylists. Plus there is a great waxing studio right downstairs.

This salon is a lovely gem just north of La Jolla. The layout is very nice and comfortable. It doesn't get too loud like some salons can be and there is plenty of parking in the back. I've seen Christina a few times and she does a lovely cut that has always grown out beautifully until my next appointment. I love getting a cut from her and then stopping at The Monarch in Del Mar for a bowl of scallop (yep..scallop!) chowder on the way back to PB. There is something so nice about having lunch overlooking the ocean after getting a great cut!

It's been a rough couple of years for my hair. A couple of bad cuts, balayage gone wrong, color corrections, it's not been great. I was in serious need of a good hair cut to get all the bad vibes off. I searched around and came across the reviews for Jet Rhys. When I called to make an appointment, it was suggested I see Christina. Christina gave me the best cut I have had in over 2 years. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she listened, then flawlessly gave me the cut I asked for. She framed the cut to my features and was meticulous in double checking her work. I was ecstatic she made me feel good about my hair again. I'll definitely be back to see her again. Thank you for the great cut!!
