When it is not possible to book an appointment with your chosen stylist that coordinates with your schedule, ask for a recommendation for another specialist on our team or request to be on our waiting list. Cancellations occur daily and we will contact you if a more convenient time becomes available.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made in less then 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service booked. Full rate of service will be charged for same day “no-shows”. Timely cancellations create opportunities for other clients. We are grateful for your consideration.
